$15.1M Vision Park MOB Welcomes Tenants In Texas

Owner and developer Pisula Development Company (The Woodlands, Texas) has completed move in for the $15.1 million Vision Park medical office building (MOB) in Shenandoah, Texas.

Situated on approximately 3 acres, the 56,100-square-foot MOB has three floors for primary care, special surgery, cardiovascular, and plastic surgery services as well as on-site parking.

The project team includes LA Architects (Burbank, Calif.), Arch-Con Corporation (Houston), and Pinecroft Realty (Spring, Texas).
