8 Warming Toys That’ll Heat Up Your Sex Life

As the days get shorter and the weather gets cooler, you may be looking for new ways to turn up the heat in your bedroom and keep yourself feeling cozy well into the winter months. If you’re taking that literally, you’re going to want to get a warming sex toy into your collection ASAP.

At this point, there are toys that thrust, vibrate, suck and even imitate human mouths, but this latest sex tech innovation creates toys that mimic the heat of human bodies — adding yet another feature that makes a store-bought sexual stimulator just as good as an organic home-grown one. Plus, the warmth really helps your muscles relax (especially in the morning or after a particularly stressful day) and increase the flow of blood to where you’ll want it to go to give you the most pleasure possible.

While playing around with temperature and your sex toys is nothing new — people have been putting toys on ice or warming them in water for forever — the technology to get your toys perfectly warmed up (often matching up exactly at a very human 98.6 degrees) is newer and a totally exciting to dip your toes into the temperature play waters. I first got into warming toys this winter (on a cold day they really hit the spot), but I’ve found that even as it gets hot out my warming toy of choice (this one from Spencer’s Oona) is particularly nice in the first few days after my period each month.

If you’re interested in giving a warming toy a try, we’ve curated a few of our favorites for you to consider for your collection.
