Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center is planning an expansion in Stockton, Calif., according to an article in Becker’s Hospital Review.
The project includes a 331,000-square-foot inpatient acute care hospital with 24 intensive care unit (ICU) beds, 120 inpatient beds, and a 70-station emergency department (ED),
Plans also call for an expanded operating suite and support spaces, a new central utility plant, additional parking, and up to two new heliports.
The project is expected to be completed in the 5-7 years.
