XL Construction Announces Team Promotion

General contracting firm XL Construction (Milpitas, Calif.) has promoted Richard Walker to CEO. Walker, a nearly 30-year veteran of the construction and real estate industries, has been with the firm since 2014 and most recently served as president.

As part of the executive transition plan, company co-founder and former CEO Eric Raff will become executive chairman.
