Precis Engineering, Arcus Design Group Merge

Engineering firm Precis Engineering Inc. (Ambler, Pa.) and architecture, interiors, and planning firm Arcus Design Group (Malvern, Pa.) have merged.

The company will operate under the Precis name and will offer comprehensive architecture and engineering services for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, higher education, industrial, commercial, and residential markets.

Arcus partners Carl Holden, Jeffrey Balch, Paul Salvaggio, and Kyle Litzke will serve as principals at the combined firm. They join six principals at Precis, including founding principal Robert Dick, who remains president and CEO.
