Methodist Health System (Dallas) is planning a new $200 million facility with cardiovascular and cancer care, women’s services, orthopedics, and robotic surgery, in Celina, Texas.
Situated on 46 acres, the hospital will include 30 medical/surgical beds, eight intensive care unit beds (ICU), 12 emergency department beds, and cardiac catherization lab and two procedures rooms. Three operating rooms (ORs), including a surgical robot and shell space for an additional OR, and four labor and delivery rooms, including two C-section rooms and 10 post-partum suites, are also planned. The project will also include a professional office building and shell space for future expansion.
The hospital is scheduled to open in 2025.
