Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals (Dublin, Ohio), a system of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, and healthcare real estate developer America Development & Investments LLC (Dallas) are partnering on the Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria in Peoria, Ariz.
The three-story, 49,128-square-foot inpatient facility will house 40 patient beds, two physical therapy gyms, dining and kitchen spaces, administrative offices, and other service and support areas for patients with debilitating illnesses and injuries such as stroke and brain injury and neurological and orthopedic conditions.
The project is scheduled to open in fourth quarter 2022.
Adolfson & Peterson Construction (Peoria, Ariz.) is providing construction management and general contractor services for the project.
