Exam anxiety is a common occurrence among all age groups. It is a form of performance anxiety. It is a condition of extreme stress and fear prior to exams, which may affect the overall performance of the examinees. Proper revision of topics studied before can give you the self-confidence to write at your best. Proper intake of food and reaching the exam hall early allows a person to relax themselves while familiarizing with the general atmosphere.
