Engineering and professional services consultancy WSP USA (Montreal) promoted Gary Hamilton to national healthcare practice leader for the firm’s U.S. Property and Buildings business.
Hamilton, based in Washington, D.C., previously led WSP’s East Coast healthcare practice. He will succeed Nolan Rome, who will continue with WSP in a role focused on projects, client development, and strategy.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Hamilton’s project work with WSP includes a new 365,000-square-foot medical campus for GW Health’s Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and Universal Health Services’ St. Elizabeths East hospital, also in Washington, D.C.
