O’Donnell & Naccarato Acquires Douglas Wood Associates, Opens New Office

Structural engineering firm O’Donnell & Naccarato (O&N; Philadelphia) has acquired Douglas Wood Associates (DWA; Miami).

The combined firm will operate as Wood / O’Donnell & Naccarato and plans to open an office in Orlando, Fla.

The deal is part of O&N’s larger strategic vision to expand its footprint in key markets nationwide.
