Rock Row Medical & Research Campus Hits Project Milestone In Maine

Developer Waterstone Properties Group (Needham, Mass.) announced the topping out of Rock Row’s Medical & Research Campus, a center for health, healing, and wellness, in Westbrook, Maine.

The medical campus will include outdoor infusion bays and a healing garden.

Tenants of the campus include oncology group New England Cancer Specialists (Kennebunk, Me.), Rayus Radiology (St. Cloud, Minn.), Saco Bay Physical Therapy (Portland, Me.), and The Dempsey Center (Lewiston, Me.), a no-cost cancer care services provider.

Landry/French (Scarborough, Maine) is the construction manager on the project.

The medical and research campus is slated to be completed in 2024.
