Children’s Hospital New Orleans (New Orleans) opened a Child Life Center as part of a $300 million campus transformation.
The 7,000-square-foot project provides an engaging environment for children receiving care at the hospital and includes a new child playroom, teen lounge, and enclosed sensory space for those with special needs, such as neurological conditions and autism.
A multipurpose room is available for special events, arts and crafts, patient game nights, and holiday gatherings.
