FCA Acquires Fred M. Humphrey & Associates

Full-service architecture and design firm FCA (Philadelphia) has acquired Fred M. Humphrey & Associates (Orlando, Fla.).

The merger will enable FCA to continue serving existing clients within the healthcare space while supporting the firm’s plans for growth both regionally and within the science and technology, workplace, and education sectors.

Fred M. Humphrey & Associates was formed by the husband and wife team of Fred Humphrey and Roseann Latta in 1974. Latta will serve as a principal at FCA.

FCA’s new office will be located in Winter Park, Fla.
