Full-service architecture and interior design firm Oculus Inc. (St. Louis, Mo.) has been selected by real estate management and development firm Carnegie Management & Development Corp. (Westlake, Ohio) to lead the design of the new Daytona Beach Veterans Affairs (VA) Multi-Specialty Clinic in Daytona Beach, Fla.
The single-story, 130,000-square-foot project will replace two smaller, older VA facilities in Daytona Beach and expand specialty medical services to more than 50,000 military veterans in the area. Situated on 28 acres, the new clinic will include an on-site medical laboratory, pharmacy, and physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic.
Construction is expected to begin in December and be completed in early 2024.
