Sutter Health Completes Samaritan Court Ambulatory Care And Surgery Center In California

Sutter Health (Sacramento, Calif.) completed the Sutter Health Samaritan Court Ambulatory Care and Surgery Center (Samaritan Court) in Sacramento.

The three-story, 69,000-square-foot project houses a clinical lab, imaging suite, and an ambulatory surgery center.

Completed three months ahead of schedule and $3 million under budget, Samaritan Court is part of Sutter Health’s plan to build more than two dozen ambulatory care centers across Northern California over the next four years.

The project team includes architect and designer Boulder Associates (Sacramento) and global construction and development firm Skanska (New York).
