AdventHealth Riverview Hospital Planned For Florida
AdventHealth (Altamonte Springs, Fla.) is building a new hospital in Tampa Bay, Fla., according to an article in wtsp.com. The 282,000-square-foot, four-story AdventHealth Riverview Hospital will include 80 beds with space to flex to 200 beds. Services will include emergency, cardiology, orthopedic, urology, obstetrics, and gynecology. The hospital is scheduled to open in spring 2023. HCA Healthcare To Add Three New Hospitals In Florida
HCA Healthcare Inc. (Nashville, Tenn.) announced plans to build three new acute care hospitals in Florida. The projects include a 90-bed facility in Gainesville, Fla., a 60-bed hospital in The Villages, Fla., and a 100-bed facility in Fort Myers, Fla. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2022.
