Hammes Breaks Ground On Buckeye Medical Plaza in Arizona
Healthcare developer Hammes (Milwaukee) broke ground on a new 48,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) in Buckeye, Ariz. The Buckeye Medical Plaza will house physical therapy, internal medicine, primary and multispecialty care, imaging, obstetrics and gynecology, specialized pediatric, and lab services. Jupiter Medical Center To Build $110M Bed Tower
Jupiter Medical Center in Jupiter, Fla., is planning a $110 million, 92-bed patient tower, according to the website wptv.com. The five-story project will add to the hospital’s existing 248-bed capacity and is slated for completion in May 2025. The 135,016-square-foot tower will also house support facilities, including a pharmacy and administrative offices. A five-deck parking garage with 800 spaces is also planned.
