Piedmont Cartersville Expansion Hits Project Milestone
Piedmont Healthcare (Atlanta) celebrated the topping out of the vertical expansion of the North Tower at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center in Cartersville, Ga. Scheduled to be completed in November, the 43,122-square-foot expansion will add two floors to the three-story tower. The new fourth floor will have support space and general storage for staff, while the fifth floor will house 20 beds for short-stay patients.
