Monash Health has opened Victorian Heart Hospital on the Monash University Clayton campus in Clayton, Victoria, Australia. As Australia’s first dedicated heart hospital, the $564 million facility houses clinical cardiology, research, education, outpatient, imaging, pathology, and pharmacy services. Kaiser Permanente Breaks Ground On Expansion Project At Roseville Medical Center
Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, Calif.) broke ground on a new six-story inpatient tower at Roseville Medical Center in Roseville, Calif., according to the website sacbee.com. The 272,000-square-foot project will house 138 beds, including 20 intensive care unit beds, and expand the emergency department with 36 additional beds. Six operating rooms, a pharmacy, imaging and diagnostics department, and 803-stall parking garage are also planned. The inpatient tower is expected to be completed in 2027.
