Eagan Specialty Center Planned In Minnesota

Developer Davis (Minneapolis) is planning a multispecialty medical office  building (MOB) and ambulatory surgery center in Eagan, Minn. The 35,000-square-foot Eagan Specialty Center will be anchored by the Midwest Surgery Center, which will occupy 27,000 square feet of the space. The surgery center marks Midwest Surgery’s second location in the area, with the first one located in Woodbury, Minn.
