Providence VA Medical Center Opens $15M Mental Health Facility

Providence VA Medical Center in Providence, R.I., part of the VA Providence Healthcare System, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new mental health building, according to the website msn.com. The 15,000-square-foot, $15 million project has capacity for 300 patients. Services include treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and grief, as well as mental health programs such as vocational services and peer support groups.
