Howard Brown Health Plans Five-story Replacement Clinic

LGBTQ healthcare organization Howard Brown Health (Chicago) is planning a replacement clinic in Chicago. The new five-story 91,000-square-foot project will include clinical and administrative spaces, a rooftop terrace, and underground parking. Retail is planned for the first floor. The project team comprises Eckenhoff Saunders (Chicago; architect), McHugh Construction (Chicago; general contractor), and Inland National Development Company (developer; Oak Brook, Ill).
