Carilion Clinic (Roanoke, Va.) is constructing a new $400 million tower in Roanoke, according to an article in wsls.com. The 400,000-square-foot Crystal Spring Tower will include an expanded emergency department (ED) with separate ambulance and patient entrances and additional ED beds.
