Nonprofit healthcare system Allina Health (Minneapolis), MNGI Digestive Health (Minneapolis), and national healthcare real estate firm Davis (Minneapolis) are planning a multispecialty clinic and surgery center in Lakeville, Minn. The 100,500-square-foot Lakeville Health building will include a multispecialty medical center with more than 20 Allina Health specialties, including orthopedics, oncology, women’s health, and cardiology, and a new ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms.
