5 Things That Cause Infertility & Have Nothing to Do with Older Age

You’ve likely heard the term ‘biological clock’ when people describe fertility. It’s this idea that your chances of getting pregnant are slowly ticking away, and eventually, that clock will run out of time. Meaning the sooner you start trying to conceive, the better.  Of course, as is the case with most body-related things, it’s more complicated than that. Unless something unusual or extreme happens, your ability to get pregnant does not suddenly stop one day but rather declines over time.

We’ve all experienced having a quick emotional reaction or an eye roll when we are dealing with our loved ones, but there’s a difference between getting a little upset and frustrated over who did the dishes last versus feeling so overwhelmed by our feelings that we instantly go into flight-or-fight mode and can’t even think,  let alone communicate straight. If the stakes have

But once your kids hit the tween and teen years, it can be much more difficult to enforce a bedtime, and keep track of what they’re doing and how much they’re scrolling when the lights are out. With all the homework kids have these days on electronic devices and tablets, you don’t always have

These knowledge gaps are especially stark for pregnant and lactating women. That’s
